- Email a photo of the handwriting to contact@shoplifeprints.com with your order number. If no handwriting is sent, we'll use font #4.
Processing & Shipping
Every piece is made to order and ships within 2–3 business days. Delivery within the US typically takes 3–5 business days, and Priority and Express shipping are available at checkout. International orders usually arrive within 1–3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Care
Wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfume, and lotions, which can dull the finish over time. For hats, spot clean the fabric gently and avoid soaking the patch.
