International orders usually arrive within 1–3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please double-check your personalization before checking out — we engrave exactly what you enter. We do not send previews for listed designs; if you have a custom design in mind, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Care
Wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfume, and lotions, which can dull the finish over time. For hats, spot clean the fabric gently and avoid soaking the patch.
